Whiplash, torn ligaments, joint instability, stressed muscles, stretched ligaments are all common ailments to do with the skeletal muscular system. Everyone experiences at least one of these problems at some time in life.

Recommended Action

Usually the first thing to do is put ice on the area. Bags of frozen peas or corn often work the best, as they will conform to the shape of the injured area and can be easily re-frozen. We apply Trauma Ointment as soon as possible to soothe the area. It can be reapplied as often as desired. If inflammation seems to be present, the Inflammation Ointment can be added.

Single Herbs Bromelain and Curcumin, Arnica tincture, Kava Kava.

Nutritional Supplements: Vitamin C (3,000 mg throughout the day), Bioflavonoids (up to 1,000 mg daily), Manganese (50 mg), Zinc (30 mg daily), Multiminerals, Glucosamine Sulphate (up to 1,500 mg daily).
