Krista’s Fav Herb: “Peony is my absolute favorite and one of my favourite flowers. I use this herb the most in my clinical practice to support the hormonal communication between the Hypothalamus, Pituitary and Ovaries.”
Fun Fact: “I love crafting and making art. I have always a project on the go, from washing/spinning wool, weaving, knitting and recently am very passionate about natural dye plants. This season’s project is to dye with all the dye plants that I have been growing – Indigo, Alkanet, Marigold, Safflower, Madder – and dye the bags full of washed wool that I cleaned last autumn! Then it will be spinning and weaving this winter!”
